White Sterling Caviar is produced from farm raised white sturgeon, a species native to western North America coastal region. The caviar is similar in characteristics to Oscietra and Beluga caviar from the Caspian Sea. It has a rich, clean flavour with no strong aftertaste and is light on salt (packed malassol – style).
