Founded in the 1980’s by Dutch native, Jan Kos, Cheeseland Holland B.V. is a small family run processor and exporter of specialty Dutch cheeses. This cow’s milk cheese is naturally smoked with real oakwood chips using a cold smoke technique – no artificial ingredients, flavouring or processing are used. It is creamy, smooth, mellow and lightly smoked. Slices well and melts beautifully under a griller. It is a perfect complement to sliced meats, dried fruits and full flavoured crackers or sliced and melted on a good quality steak.
