The NEW CONTINENTAL Professional Cream of cauliflower GF soup mix is made with real cauliflower. It creates a hearty, creamy and homestyle taste cauliflower soup. Every product in the Soup range has been specifically designed for the needs of food service professionals.
Ingredients: Maize starch, creamer [vegetable oil, glucose syrup, milk protein, mineral salts (339 or 340, 450 or 451), colour (riboflavin)], cream powder, maltodextrin (from maize), cauliflower powder (8.5%), salt, yeast extract, sugar, mineral salts (potassium chloride, 451, 452), skim milk powder, potato flakes (contain sulphites), flavour enhancer (635), sunflower oil, onion powder, garlic flavour, black pepper, food acid (citric).
