French, soft, 60% fat, white mould cheese, made from pasteurized cows milk. The cheese is mild, rich in flavour, is quite greasy with a particularly smooth texture and is covered with a white, thin mould. This cheese is perfect for your everyday table. Wheel of approximately 3.3kg.
