Seal Bay is a white-mould surfaced-ripened triple cream cow’s milk cheese made on King Island in the Bass Straight. It is rich and buttery, with thick, fluffy white rind. Perfect with fruit accompaniments such as strawberries, cherries or fruit compotes.
