Description

The Good Grub Hub (TGGH) Kombu & Shiitake Dashi stock sachets are made with 50% Kombu (Laminaria japonica) and 50% Shiitake mushroom (no MSG) and are made in a patented high heat/high pressure system. The flavour is excellent. These stocks are not supermarket level dashi sachets but “Michelin star” quality and you will be thrilled! No salt or any additives in these they are pure shiitake and konbu. Great for vegans, vegetarians, people with specific dietary issues and gluten free options too.
