Xavier David Ash Buche de Chevre – 200g



The Xavier David Buche de Chevre is made at the P. Jacquin & Fils cheese dairy in the heart of France. The cheese is ripened for around 15 days giving it a firm and even texture, a rind covered in blue-green mould and a rye straw threaded within. It is handmade, producing a fresh and mild flavour on the palate with hints of hazelnut, depending on the season.

Free delivery for order above $150 within Sydney metro areas. Otherwise, $15 delivery fee will be charged. For out of area, the shipping cost is $15 for 1 carton up to 10kg and goes up by $2 for every additional 2kg. The carton cannot weigh more than 20kg.
