Yarra Valley White Savourine Log is semi-matured goat’s cheese. The texture is firm and dense with a slightly moist, creamy textured pâté. Its perfect small log shape makes portioning easy. Slice and toss through a salad, melt over a pizza, use to make a tarte tatin with granny smith apples, bake with pumpkin as a gratin or simply enjoy with a firm baguette and a glass of your favourite wine.
Delicate, somewhat like roasted nuts and has a citric-sour finish that lingers on the palate after eating.
