Description
Leonardi Balsamico has been producing high quality, single origin Balsamic Vinegar in the countryside of Modena since 1871. To this day, the grapes are still picked by hand, before being gently pressed and their Must cooked within 24 hours of pressing. After cooking, the Must is aged traditionally in wood barrels. Leondardi ‘Aged Balsamic 8 Travasi’ is made from cooked grape Must that’s been acetified and aged in wooden barrels for eight years. It is a very versatile balsamic, ideal for daily use on salads, raw or cooked vegetables, roast, grilled or cured meat, as well as soft and mature cheese.
