Toasted Laver are dried on bamboo matts and seasoned with sesame oil and salt; this seaweed is made from the finest traditional raw materials produced only 20 days a year in North Chungcheong Province on the west coast of Korea. Try dehydrating with a bit of water, add citrus juice, oil and stock. Blitz and make a sauce.
