The Callebaut Kumabo Dark Couverture with 80% cocoa solids consists mainly of a blend of African cocoa beans with powerful flavours and intense aromas. This very dark chocolate contains refreshing acidic flavours which top off its body and reveals notes of red fruits and red tea which makes Kumabo a great chocolate for intense ganaches, chocolate mousse, ice cream and so much more.
Please note in the summer months the chocolate may melt a little when shipped. This will not affect the chocolate and will be fine once re-melted. Shipping any temperature sensitive items between September and April is at the risk of the buyer.
