Georges Bruck Semi Cooked Foie Gras with Madeira – 120g




The George Bruck family firm has produced the “Foie Gras de Strasbourg” in Alsace since 1852. Foie gras in Madeira is duck liver cooked in stock and madeira, then placed in a glass jar with salt and spices. It’s then covered with stock which sets into a natural jelly.

Free delivery for order above $150 within Sydney metro areas. Otherwise, $15 delivery fee will be charged. For out of area, the shipping cost is $15 for 1 carton up to 10kg and goes up by $2 for every additional 2kg. The carton cannot weigh more than 20kg.
