Description
LP’s Salami Cotto Piccante is hand made with free range Australian pork and seasoned with fennel, coriander, garlic and a touch of dried chilli. Made in the same way as the Salami Cotto but with the addition of ground fresh chilli, this version of LP’s smoked salami has a little extra kick. Similar to other LP’s smoked cold cuts the Piccante is ideal as a snack, sandwich filler, charcuterie plate addition, or to spice up your home-made pizza.
