Description
Messina use Criollo cocoa bean (considered as the Rolls Royce of the chocolate world and making up only 1% of global cocoa production) from Peru for their dark chocolate. Unlike their milk chocolate and white chocolate, their dark chocolate uses lower than normal sugar, to avoid masking the flavour profile of the cocoa with overbearing sweetness. The chocolate is silky, creamy and delicious and used by the world’s best chefs from Sydney to Madrid. Please note block is no longer available, the product comes in callets form.
