Description
Messina use Criollo cocoa bean (considered as the Rolls Royce of the chocolate world and making up only 1% of global cocoa production) from Peru for their dark chocolate. The 80% chocolate callets have the same flavour profile of the as the 65%, however it has been formulated to intensify the unique cocoa flavour of the criollo, with very little sweetness. The chocolate is silky, creamy and delicious and used by the world’s best chefs from Sydney to Madrid. Please note block is no longer available, the product comes in callets form.
