Made exclusively with the olives from the family’s varietal garden as a celebration of the PONS family fifth generation – named after Jan & Roc, the two names of Eduard’s sons. Made from Koroneiki olives from the lands in Lleida. An olive oil with a fresh, minty sensation with notes of fresh grass, apple and fennel.
