Republica del Cacao have revived an ancient chocolate making process which enables them to slowly and naturally caramelize the milk. Ecuador 40% has warm and complex caramel flavours that differentiates it from other chocolates. Its finale reveals notes of honey, roasted nuts and warm biscuits. INGREDIENTS – Sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa liquor (cocoa mass) from Ecuador, emulsifier (soy lecithin). This product may contain traces of nuts (almonds, halzenuts, pistachio, pecan nuts), peanut, gluten, sesame and egg proteins.
Please note in the summer months the chocolate may melt a little when shipped. This will not affect the chocolate and will be fine once re-melted. Shipping any temperature sensitive items between September and April is at the risk of the buyer.
