Established in 1924, Rustichella d’Abruzzo has been producing artisanal pasta for almost 100 years. They are one of the few genuinely artisan pasta manufacturers operating in Italy. Mezzemaniche (which translates to ‘short sleeves’ in Italian) is a short, wide ridged tube. Ideal for meaty sauces, baked pasta dishes, soups, and salads.
