Yugeta Yuzu Soy Sauce is made using domestically grown Yuzu and it has no preservatives or flavourings added. This yuzu soy sauce can be used as a dressing for raw vegetables, deep-fried food, dumplings etc.
Also ideal for hot pot, boiled tofu and shabu-shabu etc. This is a refresh dashi shoyu with strong aroma of yuzu.
