Established in 1924, Rustichella d’Abruzzo has been producing artisanal pasta for almost 100 years. They are one of the few genuinely artisan pasta manufacturers operating in Italy. Casareccia, meaning ‘home style’, is typical of southern Italy. The narrow, twisted rolls are traditionally made by hand-wrapping the dough around a slim knife or wooden pin, and the resulting folds are perfect for holding onto sauce. Ideal for rustic meat or vegetable sauces, as well as soups.
