La Vecchia Dispensa Rose Condiment – 100ml

The Rosè Condimento is obtained from selected grape must. At La Vecchia Dispensa, they use high quality red wine vinegar from Modena Grasparossa grapes to create a perfect sweet & sour marriage. It is not aged in wood, only stainless steel so that the product is not oxidized during the ageing process. It has a very low acidity that enhances the flavour of the must on the palate. Food Pairing: salad dressing, seafood, cooked or grilled vegetables (in place of lemon).
