A traditional form of cheese, similar to cheddar but with a flakier texture and mild flavour. The orange colouring is from the spice annatto (a commonly used colouring in cheese) and was introduced to distinguish the cheese from inferior competition. A unique take on a traditional Double Gloucester. Elegantly mellow with a buttery, long-lasting taste.
