Description
Red Spoon Citrus Pectin is a standardised high methylester pectin suitable for use in jams, marmalades and fruit preparations. Designed for preparations with a low to mid PH level and a brix concentration between 52.5-65%.
Usage: Will vary, general use in jam from 1-2%. Standardised with Dextrose and known as Pectin E440. Gluten Free and suitable for vegans.
