Description
Produced from corn starch, Maltodextrin is most commonly used in the food production industry to thicken and stabilise fatty compounds as a bulking agent. Applied to oil based compounds it will produce a powder that dissolves in the mouth realising the flavour infused into it. Maltodextrin is easily digestible, being absorbed as glucose and is moderately sweet.
Usage: 60gm Maltodextrin De-18 to 40gm Fat, to start with try Nutella, Peanut Butter or Nut Oils.
