Adding this product to your recipes will improve their fluidity and gloss. This Pure Cacao Butter is presented in thin shavings that give you better portioning control, ease of use, and reduce product waste.

Please note in the summer months the chocolate may melt a little when shipped. This will not affect the chocolate and will be fine once re-melted. Shipping any temperature sensitive items between September and April is at the risk of the buyer.
