Created from various origins, this cacao powder contains the highest natural cacao butter content available on the market today. It has a wonderful tropical wood colour, with rich hues of mahogany. This powder will boost the colours of your pastries. A clean and round cacao taste for all uses. Baked sponges are softer and moister. The cacao powder makes the colour of glazes and sauces warmer and more attractive. It also add delicious flavours in drinks, as well as in sorbets and ice creams. INGREDIENTS – Cocoa powder. This product may contain traces of nuts (almonds, halzenuts, pistachio, pecan nuts), peanut, gluten, sesame, milk, soy and egg protein. This product is made in an installation that uses milk.
Please note in the summer months the chocolate may melt a little when shipped. This will not affect the chocolate and will be fine once re-melted. Shipping any temperature sensitive items between September and April is at the risk of the buyer.
