A sweet shortbread biscuit sandwiched with vanilla cream.

Ingredients: Unbleached wheaten flour, icing mix [sugar, starch (maize or tapioca)], salted butter, custard powder [starch (wheat)], water, cream shortening [vegetable oil, animal fat, emulsifiers (soy 322, 471), antioxidant (307b soy), food acid (330)], flavour, colours [102, 110, 150d, 160a].

Allergens: May contain traces of peanuts and/or other nuts. We pride ourselves on making a well fruited product.  If this product does contain fruit/nuts please be aware that they were mechanically processed and there may be a rare piece of stone/shell.
