Traditional vanilla melting moment (a sweet shortbread biscuit), generously filled with a sweet raspberry icing.

A true home style biscuit made from scratch using primarily non-commercial food ingredients.

Ingredients: Unbleached wheaten flour, salted butter, icing mix [sugar, starch (maize or tapioca)], custard powder [starch (wheat)], jam [sugar, apple (45%), vegetable gum (440), food acid (330), water, cream shortening [vegetable oil, animal fat, emulsifiers (soy 322, 471), antioxidant (307B soy), food acid (330)], milk, flavour, colours [102, 110, 122, 123, 160A].
