Description
Leonardi Balsamico has been producing high quality, single origin Balsamic Vinegar in the countryside of Modena since 1871. To this day, the grapes are still picked by hand, before being gently pressed and their Must cooked within 24 hours of pressing. After cooking, the Must is aged traditionally in wood barrels. Leonardi ‘Dolce Vita’ is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of five years. Ideal for salads, vegetables, grilled white meats, fish and marinade.
