A Vincotto made by slow reduction of red grape juice. A little red wine vinegar is added to lift the aroma and balance the sweetness. Perfect on all roast meats, desserts, as a garnish or dressings. Best on game and dark meats. Add to tomato dishes for extra depth of flavour.
