Description
A subtle, unique and surprising chocolate with almond notes. Made with the Ecuadorian fine cacao variety “Sacha”, from the Ecuadorian Amazon region, near “La Joya de los Sachas”, Orellana province. Even though this chocolate has a high cacao content, it shows a well-rounded profile with notes of sweet dried nuts like almonds and hazelnuts. It also presents delicate coconut notes with an intense roasted cacao taste and a long aftertaste. Its earthy and woody flavours are reminiscing of a forest. INGREDIENTS – Cocoa Liquor (cocoa mass) from the Ecuadorian Amazon, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla extract. This product is made in an installation that also uses milk. This product may contain traces of nuts (almonds, halzenuts, pistachio, pecan nuts), peanut, gluten, sesame, milk and egg proteins.
Please note in the summer months the chocolate may melt a little when shipped. This will not affect the chocolate and will be fine once re-melted. Shipping any temperature sensitive items between September and April is at the risk of the buyer.
