Description
Established in 1924, Rustichella d’Abruzzo has been producing artisanal pasta for almost 100 years. They are one of the few genuinely artisan pasta manufacturers operating in Italy. Hailing from Sardinia, Fregola Sarda Totata are made from a dough of durum wheat that’s dried and toasted in the oven, giving them a golden colour and a slightly nutty flavour. Great to cook directly in a sauce or broth and equally good served hot or cold.
