Established in 1924, Rustichella d’Abruzzo has been producing artisanal pasta for almost 100 years. They are one of the few genuinely artisan pasta manufacturers operating in Italy. Rustichella D’Abruzzo Gnocchi are made with a blend of potatoes and durum wheat semolina flour. These plump, pillowy dumplings have the delicate flavour of fresh potatoes and cook up in just two minutes.
