“Serrats” Preserves only use Anchovies of the finest quality “Engraulis Encrasicholus” captured in the best moment of the season, between April and June, in the Bay of Biscay. Their anchovies are notable for being elaborated by means of a meticulous and handmade process, very similar to salted Anchovies, which maintains the original characteristics of the Anchovies. Because of its meat and aromatic flavour, the anchovies fillets are a delicacy. Finally, the anchovies are covered with specially selected olive oil. This olive oil, with its intense flavour, adds a unique and exclusive aroma and taste to the Anchovies which reminds to the flavour of the sea and the sun dried fields. Box of 12 units.
