A natural seaweed grown on uncontaminated mudflats, gam-tae is incredibly difficult to harvest . Only a handful of producers of this magnificent seaweed exist. Roasted over an open fire, gam tae is light green in colour, seasoned in sea salt, sesame oil and perilla oil. When heated, the notes are magnified and develop a richer profile. A truly unique product has a beautiful rich aroma of green tea, truffle and soft notes of the sea.
