The Good Grub Hub (TGGH)’s Sakura Vinegar uses cherry blossoms that are handpicked in April , steeped in vinegar for 6 months to create the recognisable fragrant, floral aroma and flavour of the Sakura blossom. This seasonal product is mild in flavour and is a suitable alternative for sushi vinegar or can be used in salad dressings.
