Description

Pino’s famous ‘Nduja is traditionally handmade, using select cuts of pork and a mix of different types of chillies. It is slowly fermented and matured over months and gently smoked to give its distinct and unique flavour. The paste is deep red in colour and has a strong aroma. Pino’s is known for introducing ‘Nduja to the Australian market.
