This Callebaut Belgian Dark Couverture is made with the finest cocoa beans sourced from around the world, natural vanilla and 100% pure cocoa butter. The 811 has a round, extremely well-balanced chocolate taste, smooth cocoa body with a pleasant intensity. It is easy to pair with a wide variety of different flavours and ingredients. Loved by chefs all over the world, the 811 is Callebaut’s all-round chocolate for confectionery.

Please note in the summer months the chocolate may melt a little when shipped. This will not affect the chocolate and will be fine once re-melted. Shipping any temperature sensitive items between September and April is at the risk of the buyer.

Delivery costs	Free delivery for order above $150 within Sydney metro areas. Otherwise, $15 delivery fee will be charged. For out of area, the shipping cost is $15 for 1 carton up to 10kg and goes up by $2 for every additional 2kg. The carton cannot weigh more than 20kg.
