Messina have developed this white chocolate with a reduced butter fat content, which resulted in a white chocolate that allows the cocoa butter to be the hero. Traditionally seen as a very sweet chocolate, this blend only uses half the amount of sugar compared to a “traditional” white chocolate, meaning it doesn’t have an overpowering sweetness. The chocolate is silky, creamy and delicious and used by the world’s best chefs from Sydney to Madrid. Please note block is no longer available, the product comes in callets form.
