Surprise Bay Cheddar is traditional vintage cheddar, sealed in red wax to retain moisture and matured for a minimum 12 months on King Island in the Bass Straight. A smooth, rich, versatile cheddar, perfect for sandwiches and cheeseboards a like. 25cm diameter.
