Selected ripe mandarins are slowly freeze dried to preserve colour, aroma and flavour and create a concentrated crispy citrus burst. Perfect for all sweet and savoury applications, such as chocolate and cake work, salads, cocktails and more. Once open please use within 1-2 weeks or lightly vacuum down into smaller bags and freeze. Due to the delicate nature of freeze-dried products some breakage and powdering of segments may occur.
