Made to a traditional Spanish recipe, this pure pork chorizo is traditionally cured, and hung to dry, creating a rich, flavoursome chorizo ideal for barbecuing, panfrying, chargrilling or adding to broths. Must be cooked before serving. Each packet contains approximately 22-24 pieces.
