Description
Ready-made sauce prepared by slow boiling of tomato pulp, typical of the Sicilian tradition, with fresh ricotta, aubergines, basil and extra virgin olive oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area. To be combined with Rustichella d’Abruzzo Fusilli and Spaghetti but also with the entire organic whole line of Rustichella d’Abruzzo. To be consumed at room temperature or slightly heated over low heat.
