This Golden Curry sauce mix is the flake type (not roux) so it dissolves more readily into a soup stock or hot water. It is recommended to add the flakes to the sauce or water prior to adding other ingredients so that it thickens properly. It contains no meat or meat derived ingredients. Serve with rice, udon, bread, buns, etc. It is also good as a sauce for potatoes or meat dishes, or as a dipping sauce for steamed vegetables.
