This cola, made from scratch with pulpy Australian lemons, kola nut, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and lime oil is different and delicate in every way. Blending cola with spring water smoked over applewood chips and smoked water (as opposed to a liquid smoke), this allows for a gentle, nuanced smokey top note that builds upon the delicate aromatics without becoming dominant or overpowering.
