Description
Ready-made sauce prepared by slow boiling tomato pulp, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), carrots, onion and extra virgin olive oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area. Particularly suitable for pairing with Fettuccine, Spaghettone and Tortiglioni Rustichella d’Abruzzo. To be consumed at room temperature or slightly warmed over a low heat.
