Established in 1924, Rustichella d’Abruzzo has been producing artisanal pasta for almost 100 years. They are one of the few genuinely artisan pasta manufacturers operating in Italy. Linguine, which has been likened to a slightly flattened spaghetti, provides extra surface area on each strand, making it ideal for serving with simple tomato or cream-based sauces or delicate proteins.
