Established in 1924, Rustichella d’Abruzzo has been producing artisanal pasta for almost 100 years. They are one of the few genuinely artisan pasta manufacturers operating in Italy. This short pasta shape, with longitudinal grooves, is one of the most used in Italy and is ideal for heavier meat or vegetable sauces, as well as for baked pasta dishes.
