Description

Made in the traditional Swiss style (which is stronger and drier than the French version), Heidi Farm Raclette, from northern Tasmania, is a semi-hard cow’s milk cheese, sold by the wheel. It is a strong, rich and nutty cheese. Add to toasties or burgers, or melt with a raclettier.
