Arbequina – Presents a wide range of brown and violet colours, some fruity and fresh flavours as well as almond overtones.
Alorena – A crisp olive, spherical in shape, the spices used in fermentation are at the front with a sweet finishing note.
Cuquillo – Very soft and buttery in texture, noted for its bitter nuances in the mouth.
